Our Healers Lack a Network of Care

If you are a health worker or student, or know someone who is one, you know there’s a grossly ignored side to our healthcare crisis.

Alarm bells are rising across the world, about the rising incidents of violence against or suicide of health workers.

Overworked and under resourced is a perfect recipe to perpetuate a toxic work environment. Some call it burnout, some call it moral injury.

We are a collective of guardians of health workers, starting out to setup a
